When will my report be available?
Inspectors are out in the field during the day doing inspections. When they get home, after we are closed, that is when they upload their reports. We start reviewing reports at 8:00 am central time and review them one at a time until they are all out. Keep an eye on your email. You'll receive notification of when you can log in and view it.
How do I view my inspection report?
You view your report by logging into your account on lemonsquad.com. You will receive an email letting you know when your report is ready for you to log in and view. We do not provide hard copies of reports.
What should I look for in my report?
When reviewing your inspection report, be sure to examine both the written findings and the accompanying photos. To view all inspection photos, click the main vehicle image located at the top of the report.
Our inspectors may include important notes or comments on individual photos, which can be viewed directly within the report. Please note that these notes will not appear if you use the "Download All Images" feature. That option is provided solely for saving copies of the photos for your records.

Do I need to be present during the inspection?
For the safety of everyone involved and to ensure the most thorough inspection possible, customers are not permitted to be present during the inspection. This allows our inspectors to focus completely on evaluating the vehicle without distractions.
Our service is designed to save you time and provide peace of mind. We'll handle the inspection process, document our findings, and deliver a detailed report for your review. Simply relax while we do the work and provide you with the information you need to make a confident buying decision.
How soon can you inspect the vehicle?
Most inspections can be scheduled within 24–48 hours of booking, depending on inspector availability, seller responsiveness, and the vehicle's location. We make every effort to complete inspections as quickly as possible so you can make an informed purchasing decision without unnecessary delays.
What does the inspection include?
Yes. Our inspectors look for visible signs of previous accident repairs, flood damage, structural issues, and frame damage during the inspection. While we make every effort to identify these concerns, some damage may be hidden, repaired professionally, or otherwise not detectable during a non-invasive visual inspection.

Will the vehicle be test driven?
When possible, our inspectors will perform a road test to evaluate the vehicle's overall performance, handling, braking, steering, and drivability. Test drives are subject to vehicle condition, safety considerations, seller approval, and local driving conditions. In some cases, such as with certain RVs, specialty vehicles, commercial vehicles, or vehicles that are not roadworthy, a road test may not be possible.
Will you share the report with the seller?
No. Inspection reports are prepared exclusively for the customer who purchased the inspection. We do not share your report or inspection findings with the seller unless you specifically request that we do so.
How do I receive my report?
Once the inspection is complete, your detailed inspection report will be delivered electronically to the email address provided during booking. The report includes photos, inspection findings, and notes from the inspector to help you make an informed purchasing decision.
